Health Access Program (HAP)

The Health Access Program (HAP), part of the Street Level Health Project in Oakland, CA, serves as a vital gateway to healthcare and social services for marginalized communities facing significant barriers. Our dedicated team addresses challenges such as language, legal status, and unemployment that often hinder access to essential services. HAP offers a range of critical services, including health screening clinics, patient advocacy, MediCal and HPAC enrollment, as well as mental health counseling, trauma-informed practices, nutritious breakfasts, and nutrition education.
