In Oakland, CA, the Salvation Army Oakland Garden Center Corps is dedicated to combating hunger by providing free access to nutritious food, including fresh produce and canned goods. Our food assistance program is designed to meet the basic nutritional needs of our community members while ensuring dignity and care in the process. In light of the ongoing challenges posed by COVID-19, we have temporarily suspended documentation requirements, making it easier for those in need to obtain emergency food support.
