Community Services

Community Services is a dedicated nonprofit organization based in Oakland, CA, committed to uplifting the lives of the poor and homeless. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance and emergency food packages to low-income families facing challenging circumstances. In addition to our food pantry, we offer clothing, hygiene products, and referral assistance, ensuring that individuals and families receive the comprehensive support they need. With the generosity of our donors and the hard work of our volunteers, we also organize community-based events, provide warm coats for winter, and supply back-to-school necessities, Christmas toys, and Easter baskets. Our programs go beyond immediate needs; we foster connection and growth through mentoring, Bible studies, and discipleship training, working together to build a stronger community for those in need.
