Located in Napa, CA, Health & Wellness is dedicated to empowering youth by enhancing their access to vital health-related resources and services. We offer a range of initiatives, including engaging cooking classes that promote healthy eating, community events focused on sustainable living practices, and partnerships with local providers to ensure access to on-site counseling and psychiatric services. Our organization features youth-led support groups that address diverse wellness topics, alongside expert guidance in applying for Cal-Fresh (Food Stamps) and County Medical Services Program (Medi-Cal). By coaching young individuals on how to effectively utilize medical and dental benefits, we strive to foster a healthier, more informed community of youth who are prepared to thrive.
