Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes Education

Eisenhower Health proudly provides free Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes Education classes in Murrieta, CA, aimed at empowering individuals to manage their health effectively. Led by Certified Diabetes Educators, our program offers comprehensive support on essential topics such as diabetes fundamentals, nutrition, exercise, medication management, and the prevention of complications. We focus on practical strategies for improving glucose control while encouraging family involvement and social support. Our classes foster goal setting and teach participants how to effectively use healthcare systems and community resources. Everyone in the community, including patients and their loved ones, is welcome to join us; reservations are required.
