Located in Moreno Valley, CA, Food Assistance Program (FAP) is dedicated to providing vital monthly food assistance for individuals affected by HIV and AIDS, ensuring they receive the necessary nutrition for their health and well-being. Our compassionate case managers oversee all food distribution activities, offering food vouchers and helping connect clients to additional community food assistance resources. Monthly food assistance is available to registered clients, subject to eligibility and supply.
