Home Delivered Meals

Home Delivered Meals, a program of the Stanislaus County Department of Aging and Veterans Services, is dedicated to ensuring that homebound older adults in Modesto, CA receive nutritious frozen meals delivered right to their doors. We prioritize serving frail seniors who live alone and have difficulties driving or accessing food regularly. While we request a voluntary contribution of $3.00 per meal, we welcome any amount to help sustain our services, with the assurance that no eligible individual will be turned away due to their ability to contribute. Our mission is to provide not just meals, but also compassion and support to those in need, fostering a sense of community among seniors who may feel isolated.
