Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP)

In the heart of Merced, California, the Trafficking and Crime Victims Assistance Program (TCVAP) is dedicated to empowering non-citizen victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other serious crimes. Our mission is to provide culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate services that address the immediate needs of our clients while equipping them with essential skills for employment and self-sufficiency. Through a comprehensive range of assistance, including cash aid, food benefits, and employment services, we strive to restore hope and dignity to those we serve. As a state-funded initiative under the Refugee Programs Bureau, TCVAP collaborates with local counties and stakeholders to ensure that individuals receive the support they need to rebuild their lives in California.
