Located in Menifee, CA, Food Assistance Program (FAP) is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals affected by HIV & AIDS. Our mission is to ensure that every client receives the nutrition they need to thrive. Through monthly food distribution, we offer food vouchers and connect clients with additional community food resources. Our caring case managers are here to support registered clients by assessing their eligibility for monthly assistance, ensuring access to vital nutrition while navigating their journey.
