Heather Metzger

Heather Metzger is a compassionate and skilled Marriage and Family Therapist, MA, LMFT, dedicated to supporting preteens, teens, and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, and men's issues. Specializing in existential, psychodynamic, Lacanian, and psychoanalytic therapy, she adeptly addresses repetitive relationship problems, anxiety, panic disorders, and long-term depression. Often, clients experience symptoms like poor self-esteem, feelings of loneliness, and unexplained physical issues, sensing that something isn’t quite right. Heather takes the time to build a genuine connection with her clients, listening deeply for patterns that emerge in their thoughts and behavior.
