Elderly Nutrition Program

The Elderly Nutrition Program in La Puente, CA, is dedicated to supporting seniors in our community by ensuring they have access to nutritious meals. We offer convenient services including frozen meal delivery, frozen meal pick-up, and brown bag lunch pick-up, all designed to meet the basic nutritional needs of our elderly residents. Registration is easy; simply visit us with a photo ID to complete the paperwork, which takes approximately two weeks to process. We kindly suggest a donation of $2 for our meals, while non-seniors can enjoy a congregate meal for $4.75. To ensure you receive your meals, please reserve at least one week in advance and come by at 9:30 am on the day of your pick-up to collect your meal ticket. We are committed to nourishing our seniors and fostering a warm, caring environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
