Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes Education

Eisenhower Health is dedicated to empowering the Indio, CA community with essential knowledge and skills through our free Pre-Diabetes and Diabetes Education classes. Led by Certified Diabetes Educators, our program covers a range of vital topics including the fundamentals of diabetes, nutritional guidance, exercise, medication management, and the importance of personal and social support in managing this condition. We emphasize practical strategies for improving glucose control and offer insights into the relationships between nutrition, exercise, and monitoring blood glucose levels. Our classes also address acute and chronic complications, provide valuable resources for foot and dental care, and assist in goal setting. We warmly welcome all community members, their loved ones, and patients to join us, though reservations are required to ensure a tailored experience. Together, we can navigate the journey of diabetes management with support and understanding.
