Health and Wellness Classes

Located in Hesperia, CA, the IEHP Community Resource Centers (CRC) is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through a comprehensive range of free health and wellness classes. Our mission is to empower individuals and families with the knowledge and tools they need for better health. We offer fitness classes to improve physical health, wellness classes that promote mental and emotional well-being, nutrition education to support healthy eating habits, and specialized diabetes management education to help those living with diabetes. At CRC, we believe that health is a right, and we are here to support our community in achieving their wellness goals.
