Food Assistance

Located in Hemet, CA, Food Assistance Program (FAP) is dedicated to providing vital monthly food assistance to individuals impacted by HIV and AIDS, ensuring they receive the nutrition they need for a healthier life. Our compassionate case managers oversee all food distribution efforts, which include facilitating food vouchers and connecting clients with additional community food assistance resources. This program is available for registered clients and eligibility is determined based on specific criteria and resource availability.
