Finding Wellness Program

Located in Hayward, CA, the Finding Wellness Program, a key initiative of CityServe, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of older adults by addressing alcohol and drug use while encouraging healthier lifestyle choices. Our program offers a variety of series designed to support adults on their path to complete wellness, featuring comprehensive health education and nutrition education.
