CalFresh (SNAP)

CalFresh, California's version of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in Hayward, CA, by providing essential food assistance. Through this program, eligible participants receive an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which can be utilized at participating grocery stores to help offset food costs. Our mission is to ensure our community members have access to nutritious food and combat food insecurity. We welcome those in need to learn more about the benefits available to them and how to apply for assistance.
