The Vance North Necessities of Life Program (NOLP) is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and nutrition education to low-income individuals living with HIV/AIDS throughout Los Angeles County. Located in Hawthorne, CA, our program operates weekly food pantries at multiple sites, ensuring that clients receive pre-bagged groceries, including fresh dairy, frozen meats, seasonal produce, and a variety of canned and dry goods, along with important hygiene and cleaning supplies. To join our community, clients must complete an annual NOLP Eligibility Assessment, after which they receive a NOLP card for easy access to our services. If you are unable to visit the pantry in person, you may designate a friend to shop on your behalf, provided they present a note from you along with your NOLP card. Our mission is to empower individuals with the resources they need to improve their quality of life through consistent, compassionate support.
