MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Garden Grove, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to proactively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals to various weight management options that cater to individual needs and preferences. Our offerings include engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans can also utilize our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For those who continue to face challenges, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
