CalFresh (SNAP)

CalFresh, also known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), is dedicated to empowering residents of Fremont, CA, by providing essential food assistance to those in need. Our program offers qualified individuals and families an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which can be used at participating grocery stores to help supplement their food purchases.
