Family Food Box

Family Food Box, located in Fontana, CA, is dedicated to providing food assistance and delivering nutritious meals directly to the doors of families in need, seniors, and shut-ins. Each food box contains at least 25 meals designed to support health and well-being. Our program goes beyond just meal delivery; we also offer vital support services including Bags of Hope, articles of clothing, addiction assistance, household items, family guidance, and spiritual help. To receive your free food box, simply fill out the Application Form and return it via mail. Once approved, you will obtain a City Mission ID, allowing you to submit your food box request either online or by phone. Please ensure an adult is present to receive the delivery, as we can only hold the box for 30 days if no one is home.
