Lauren Parsly

Lauren Parsly is a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding an LCSW certification and having attended New York University. She believes that the connection between therapist and client is the cornerstone of successful treatment, and she employs a strength-based approach to forge meaningful relationships that foster a safe space for clients to navigate difficult emotions, thought patterns, relational dynamics, and the lasting impact of past experiences. Passionate about women's issues, Lauren offers support and clarity during challenging life transitions, including career changes, relationship adjustments, parenthood, divorce, and loss. With a wealth of experience working with families and children aged five and older, she utilizes creative and play therapy modalities to effectively connect with younger clients. Lauren collaborates closely with parents and the educational system to ensure that children achieve their full potential. As a bilingual Spanish speaker, she has provided therapy in Spanish to a diverse range of adults, families, children, and groups. In addition to her direct practice, Lauren enjoys supervising other therapists, further contributing to the field.
