Senior Support Program

Visions Unlimited’s Senior Support Program in Elk Grove, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-income, homebound seniors aged 65 and above in high-risk neighborhoods throughout Sacramento County. Our mission is to empower older adults to stay in their homes safely and comfortably for as long as possible, helping to avoid costly housing transitions. We offer a range of essential services, including advocacy, connections to community resources, in-home visits, regular telephone check-ins, transportation assistance, and supplemental food delivery. While our program is currently on hold due to COVID-19, we remain committed to providing updates and support for our community’s seniors.
