The Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) in El Cajon, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. WIC offers essential services including nutrition education to promote healthy eating habits, access to supplemental foods to ensure proper nutrition, breastfeeding support to foster healthy feeding practices, and referrals to medical and community resources for comprehensive support.
