Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC) in El Cajon, CA, is dedicated to fostering the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to promote healthy food habits through a comprehensive approach that includes nutrition education, the provision of supplemental foods, and dedicated breastfeeding promotion and support. WIC also offers essential referrals for health care services, ensuring that families receive the holistic assistance they need to thrive.
