Sara Lindsey

Sara Lindsey is an experienced Marriage & Family Therapist with over 30 years of dedicated work in teaching, research, and clinical settings. Her background in Human and Child Development informs her humanistic, developmentally-focused, and whole-person approach to therapy. Sara specializes in fostering healthy attachment and providing parent education and support, with additional expertise in treating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, and supporting families with children who have special needs. Her therapeutic modalities include Child-Centered Play Therapy, Attachment-based therapy, EMDR, FLASH, Art therapy, Sandtray, and compassionate home-based therapy for children under five years old.
