Ravenswood Family Health Center, located in Daly City, CA, is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary and preventative health care to everyone, regardless of their financial situation or immigration status. Our services include chronic disease management, health coaching, nutrition and wellness, immunizations, and screening for TB, HIV, STDs, STIs, cancer, and other chronic diseases.
