Sommer Ware

Sommer Ware is a dedicated marriage and family therapist with over five years of experience in community mental health, including three years in a specialized wraparound program. She believes, as Forest Gump famously said, 'Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.' Recognizing that life can be a journey full of ups and downs, Sommer offers a compassionate and safe space for individuals to share their vulnerabilities without judgment or criticism. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes a 'human to human' connection, fostering genuine interactions that prioritize emotional well-being. She is experienced in assisting clients of all ages, from children to older adults, in overcoming trauma, depression, anxiety, and ADHD symptoms, as well as navigating adjustment challenges. Passionate about empowering youth, Sommer also supports parents in developing essential skills to create nurturing and safe environments for their children to thrive. Her ultimate goal is to help clients process their thoughts and feelings related to overwhelming circumstances, whether they stem from the past or present.
