Aging and Disability Resource Connection

The Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) in Costa Mesa, CA, is dedicated to empowering seniors and adults with disabilities by connecting them to essential resources that foster independence and quality of life. Our program offers comprehensive information about a variety of services, enabling informed decision-making in care planning. We provide urgent short-term service coordination to help address immediate needs and avoid unnecessary hospital or nursing home stays. With a focus on community integration, we assist with relocation from hospitals back to home, alongside offering crucial support services such as financial assistance, in-home care, home modifications, assistive devices, home-delivered meals, insurance counseling, and transportation. Through a partnership between the Dayle McIntosh Center and the Orange County Office on Aging, the ADRC is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
