SHARE Food Pantry is dedicated to alleviating hunger in Concord, CA by providing essential food assistance to families and individuals facing food insecurity. We are committed to supporting low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and anyone in need of nourishment. Our food pantry offers a welcoming environment where residents can access groceries to meet their basic nutritional needs, ensuring no one has to go hungry. Clients can receive food assistance every 90 days per household, and we extend our support to homeless individuals every two weeks, reaffirming our mission to serve those most in need in our community.
