MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Chula Vista, CA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to empowering Veterans to achieve their health goals through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Designed to address the unique needs of Veterans, the program actively screens all participants at VA facilities for obesity and offers a range of tailored treatment options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative in-home support through TeleMOVE!. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides the tools necessary for independent weight control. Additionally, for Veterans who need further assistance, weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options are also available.
