Financial Assistance Funds

Located in Chula Vista, CA, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to providing crucial support for children with special health care needs and their families. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burdens related to healthcare by offering financial assistance for a variety of essential expenses. Whether it's covering medical costs like prescriptions and medical supplies, non-medical expenses such as home and vehicle modifications, or daily living costs including food and utilities, we strive to help families navigate these challenges. We understand that transportation and accommodation for medical visits can also strain resources; thus, we provide funds for travel and lodging as well. Grants of up to $500 per family, per year are available, with requests reviewed in the order they are received. We encourage families to submit their applications so we can work together to ease their financial stress and enhance their quality of life.
