Southern Indian Health Council, located in Chula Vista, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of our Native American community. We provide essential services such as transportation to health appointments, outreach, community education, informal counseling, and social support. Our patient advocacy efforts ensure that individuals receive the assistance they need. Serving not only the Consortium Tribal members from Barona, Campo, Ewiiaapaayp, Jamul, La Posta, Manzanita, and Viejas, but also non-Consortium Native Americans and the broader non-Native community, we are here to uplift and support all who seek our care. Southern Indian Health Council, Inc. accepts Medicare and Medical to ensure access to necessary health services.
