Basic Needs Program

Located in Chula Vista, CA, the Basic Needs Program is dedicated to empowering foster youth by providing essential resources and emergency financial assistance that help them transition from survival mode to a brighter future. Our mission is to ensure that young individuals do not have to make difficult choices between vital needs such as food and medical care or pursuing their education and job opportunities. We offer a comprehensive array of services, including financial aid, rental and utility assistance, auto repairs, bus passes, food cards, medical and dental care, professional clothing, and support with bills. Through our programs, we connect youth with mentors and workshops designed to foster self-confidence, self-sufficiency, and positive relationships, enabling them to build a stable foundation for their futures.
