Community Services in Carlsbad, CA, is dedicated to enhancing the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of the Native American community. We offer essential support through services such as transportation to medical appointments, community outreach, educational initiatives, informal counseling, and comprehensive social support. Our patient advocacy ensures that every individual receives the care they need. Serving seven east county Consortium Tribal members—Barona, Campo, Ewiiaapaayp, Jamul, La Posta, Manzanita, and Viejas—as well as non-Consortium Native Americans and the broader non-Native community, we are committed to fostering health equity while accepting Medicare and Medical to provide accessible services for all.
