Via Care is dedicated to providing high-quality medical care in Bell Gardens, CA, within a welcoming and respectful atmosphere that honors the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our patients. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer a broad range of medical services to everyone in our community, regardless of their ability to pay. Our offerings include general primary care, screenings, after-hours coverage, nutrition and weight management, sexual and reproductive health services, family planning, immunizations, physical exams, chronic disease management, and integrated behavioral health services. We serve both insured and uninsured patients and have a sliding fee discount schedule available. To access our services, simply provide proof of income, proof of address in Los Angeles County, and photo identification. At Via Care, we believe that quality healthcare should be accessible to all, and we will not deny services based on income or citizenship status.
