At UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland in Antioch, CA, we are committed to promoting the health and well-being of youth, teens, and young adults aged 11-24 through our three dedicated community health centers. Our holistic approach recognizes each individual’s unique medical and mental health needs, allowing us to provide personalized care that encompasses a wide range of services. Our compassionate team of board-certified physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses is dedicated to delivering primary and specialty care, including health evaluations, immunizations, chronic condition management, and mental health support. We also offer reproductive health services, educational resources on nutrition and healthy lifestyles, as well as support for individuals affected by physical and sexual assault. With a focus on health education and prevention, we strive to empower adolescents and their families by addressing every aspect of their lives. Medicaid is accepted to ensure our services are accessible to those in need.
