MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to empowering Veterans in Anaheim, CA, by offering comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for Veterans struggling with obesity through tailored care options. We conduct annual screenings for every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities and refer them to specialized weight management services suited to their individual needs. Participants can take advantage of supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to manage their weight independently, while our program also provides access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need further assistance.
