Senior Farmers Markets Nutrition Program (SFMNP)

The Senior Farmers Markets Nutrition Program (SFMNP) in Youngtown, AZ, is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of low-income seniors by providing access to fresh, locally grown produce and nutritious food options.
