MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Vail, AZ, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is clear: to screen every Veteran in our care for obesity annually and connect them with tailored weight management services that suit their unique needs. We offer a range of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer mobile solutions, the MOVE! Coach app provides tools for independent weight management. Additionally, we recognize that some may require further assistance, which is why we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges.
