Snaha Patel is a compassionate and dedicated counselor who is passionate about offering transformative counseling services. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona, she brings a strong educational foundation to her practice. Snaha's experience working with survivors of sexual assault deeply influenced her pursuit of a master's degree in Counseling, where she developed a profound understanding of healing through therapeutic methods. Her interest in the role of art in healing past trauma led her to further specialize in Expressive Arts at Ottawa University. Snaha employs a person-centered approach that is both direct and transparent, recognizing that each individual possesses unique beliefs and experiences shaped by their diverse backgrounds. While she celebrates the beauty of diversity, she understands that differences can sometimes lead to challenges in relationships with oneself and others.
