Sherry Sterling

Sherry Sterling understands that sometimes, situations and feelings can become overwhelming. In her therapy sessions, individuals have the opportunity to be heard, seen, and valued, as they express their deepest emotions. With a gentle and compassionate presence, she creates a safe environment for clients to explore their innermost selves and find their true essence. Sherry approaches therapy with a nonjudgmental and caring outlook, inviting awareness, acceptance, and appreciation of all emotions, including the challenging ones. Through the use of mindfulness, she facilitates healing using an integrated mind-body-spirit approach, addressing thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations holistically. Sherry works with various facets of the self, including the inner critic and inner child, ensuring that all aspects are heard and acknowledged. She respects each client's pace and direction, following their natural inclination toward growth.
