Since beginning her career in behavioral health in 2016, she has facilitated groups for women who have experienced trauma and has gained extensive experience across various settings such as community, inpatient, juvenile detention, and residential. This diverse exposure enables her to work effectively with a wide range of populations, including preteens, teens, adults, and families. Proud of her own heritage, Sheena values respect and non-judgment toward the unique paths each individual’s life can take. In her personal life, she prioritizes self-care through a passion for fitness and cherishes time spent with family and friends.
