We offer a variety of services, including diabetes self-management, group fitness classes, personal training, and engaging nutrition education with food demonstrations. Our Summer Hiking Series encourages outdoor activity and connection to nature. Committed to supporting all community members, we provide free services for American Indians and Alaskan Natives over age 18 who are enrolled in a Federally Recognized Tribe.
