At the Ak-Chin Elder Center in Tempe, AZ, we are committed to empowering and supporting the Elders of the Ak-Chin Indian Community through a range of essential services and activities. Our dedicated programs include caregiver support, congregate meals, and elder abuse prevention, ensuring that every Elder has access to the necessary resources and care. We offer emergency response systems, employment services, and financial assistance to help enhance the quality of life for our community’s seniors. In addition to government-assisted housing, we provide home-delivered meals, home modification and repair services, as well as vital information and referral assistance. Legal support, personal care, and respite care are also available, alongside various senior center programming, all designed to foster a nurturing environment. Transportation services further ensure that Elders can engage with the community and access needed resources seamlessly.
