Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Surprise, AZ, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to supporting families by offering essential nutrition assistance and health education. This free program is designed for diverse family structures, including married or single parents, guardians, and caregivers of children under the age of five. WIC provides valuable services such as nutrition education, breastfeeding support, financial assistance for purchasing healthy food, and referrals for healthcare and immunizations. We invite eligible families to apply and bring necessary documentation, which includes identification for all enrollers, proof of address, and income verification.
