Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Surprise, AZ, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition and well-being for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old. WIC offers essential services, including valuable nutrition education, access to healthy foods, breastfeeding support, and referrals to healthcare and other social services. To participate, individuals need to provide a valid photo ID, proof of income for the past 30 days, proof of address, and relevant documentation for AHCCCS, TANF, or SNAP if applicable.
