Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Surprise, AZ, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition and wellness among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our comprehensive services include access to healthy foods, essential nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and connections to vital health and community resources. By providing a warm and supportive environment, we empower families to make informed choices that benefit their health and well-being. To enroll, applicants need documentation such as identification for caregivers and children, proof of residency and income, and immunization records for infants and children.
