Desert Mission Food Bank is dedicated to providing free emergency food assistance to the residents of Sun City, AZ. Our services are open to the public, and we welcome guests to visit us two times each month for essential food supplies. To ensure everyone has access, we prioritize a caring environment, where guests can register at our Intake area by presenting a photo ID and proof of address. Once registered, guests can conveniently drive to our loading zone or receive assistance if they're on foot. We offer a range of programs designed to meet diverse needs, including Grab and Go lunches for unhoused individuals, fresh produce, packaged foods, and dry goods. Additionally, we provide specialized support such as Emergency Food Boxes (TEFAP), Senior Food Boxes (CSFP), and an Infant Emergency Food Box Program. Our commitment extends beyond food with offerings like gardening classes and nutrition education to empower our community toward healthier lifestyles.
