MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Somerton, AZ, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through specialized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on providing comprehensive support for all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities by screening for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management options. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guided management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
