Emergency Food Boxes (TEFAP)

At the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona in Sierra Vista, we are dedicated to providing vital food assistance to low-income individuals and families through our Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). This federal initiative aims to supplement the diets of those in need by offering emergency food boxes designed to support families on a monthly basis. To access this essential service, individuals simply need to self-declare their eligibility according to income guidelines established by the Department of Economic Security. When you visit us, our friendly team will guide you through the process, which includes providing some basic information such as your name, date of birth, household size, and proof of residency in the area, alongside a photo ID. We understand the importance of nutritious food in challenging times, and we are here to support our community with care and compassion.
